How I work
During an Equine Assisted Healing session, you connect directly with the horse. I observe and attune to what happens in the interaction. Horses respond purely and directly to your energy and body language.
What I do:
- Translating the subtle signals the horse shows
- Reflecting what becomes visible in the contact
- Helping you put into words what you feel and experience
- Guiding you to connect these insights with your daily life
My role isn't to direct the horse or tell you what to do. The horse shows and feels—I'm there to bring clarity, hold space, and help you integrate the message.

Session with your own horse at your own location
Want to experience the power of Equine Assisted Healing with your own horse? I also offer on-site sessions at your stable or yard.
Together, we'll work with the natural connection between you and your horse. Your horse knows you better than anyone else—during the session, they'll reflect what's going on inside you and point out where awareness or change is needed.
I will guide you in reading these signals and help you translate them into insights for your daily life.
Duo session
Sometimes we don't fully understand each other, even though we have the best intentions.
In a duo session with the horses, a special form of mirroring arises.
Horses respond not only to an individual, but also to the dynamics between two people.
They can subtly show how your energy, communication and presence influence each other.
During this session you will experience together how the horse reacts to your interaction.
Insights often arise that are difficult to express with words.
A duo session can be valuable for partners, friends, family members or colleagues who are curious about what is going on beneath the surface in their connection.
There is nothing that has to be “right” or “wrong.” Only an open mind and the willingness to look at what presents itself.
Practical information
All sessions take place from the ground. The horse is free to respond naturally, making the reflection pure, safe, and deeply authentic.
