Workshops with horses
In the presence of horses, it often quickly becomes visible what words cannot explain.
Horses do not react to what we try to show, but to what truly lives within us. Because of this, they can help us become more aware of tension, calm, presence, and the signals from our own body.
During these workshops, you experience what it is like to slow down and reconnect with yourself in the peaceful presence of horses.
Each workshop has its own approach. Some focus more on relaxation and the nervous system, others on awareness, meditation, or the special way horses react to people.
You don't need any experience with horses. Just curiosity and an open attitude.
